I’m slightly surprised, that with all the information we have: all the DVDs, the iPods stuffed full of music from all over the world, knowledge of every Japanese or Chinese drummer that ever walked the planet… you know, we have SO much information, and what do we do?
*stomp, stomp, clap. stomp, stomp, clap.*
That seems weird to me. In my day we had no information at all. And yet somehow we found it very easy to find new things to do on the drum set. It may be that everything’s been done. That’s possible too, I don’t know. Happily it’s someone else’s problem. It’s your job, that’s great.
